  • The end is approaching~

V returned from her trip to Australia & we met up at Fullhouse to catch up on all the details happening to her in Australia. Quite entertaining indeed.

Even dressing style also different already..no more multi-layer!

    PC190592

Actually I prefer to go mamak or bistro than a cafe for drinks.

At mamak, you can order Teh-o-limau-ais and tell them kurang manis; at bistro you can order beer, but at cafe, what they offer are tea bag, coffee, ice blended, smoothies, where drinks are generally too sweet.

How can people take drinks that's so artificially made?

Ee Min know me well enough the last time when we went to Zouk bar after I scanned through the drinks menu. She said, order beer la, and I got myself a Guiness.

  • Wonderland~

Found this little cafe at Empire Subang having an interior that make me feel as if I'm in oversea.

And weird thing happening lately where I started to 'crave' for coffee!

Hairs' getting longer again, time to chop!

  • Healthy Eating~

Suddenly in the mood of cooking, hence making this appetizer using Soba.

What you need is, Soba, mint leaves, avocado, dressing is a mixture of Thai chilli + limes juice.

Avocado is optional though, but I'm a avocado lover myself so I mix that in, and Voila!

    PC150512

I'm also a mint leaves lover, so I made them as garnishing, haha!

So basically this is a weird combination of appetizer that's totally my kind of liking, but it's really refreshing, plus, it's fat free.

    Yum!

  • Can I have it all?

Guys reward themselves by buying expensive gadgets, like phone or camera, or some will upgrade from car to car; while woman reward themselves with luxury goods and that will usually mean an expensive handbag.

Am actually not really a big fans of big brand, but sometimes I will fall for the design, and currently attracted to...

Hmm, having a few places in mind wanted to go in 2011, maybe coz I wasn't travelling too much for leisure this year, only BKK in Jan, but Shenzhen & Nigeria for business. Money makes greater value for holiday, aren't they?

Bangkok. Hong Kong. Korea. Milan. Paris. Barcelona. London.

    Decision, decision.

  • New Best Friend!

Cutting hair short is no longer something dramatic, but getting an extremely short hair cut is the NEWEST trend in town!

T said want to cut her hair super short and I volunteered to witness the process, so off we go on Saturday after lunch, Peek A Boo that is!

    PC120425

So this is how she used to look like!

    PC120433

    Hello, new cammy!

    PC120435

    My inseparable stylist, Joe!

    PC120450

Bought this shoes for my upcoming BKK trip, it's oh-so-comfy, for Rm32!

    PC120453

Joe keep offering me Mocha, so I took one. @_@

And being as patience as I always be, after a "mere" 5-hour teman-ship, T got her hair cut, dyed & highlighted. So ladies & gentleman, introducing you my new friend, Lacy!

Of course new hair cut must show off to people, so we went home, brush on some mascara & blusher, and went dinner at this place selling the best-ever invention - Luncheon Meat Stick!

Saw from a friend's facebook picture where she uploaded this finger food, and as a lover for luncheon meat (and who doesn't love luncheon meat??), we went to Hoofed for dinner, only to find out the luncheon meat stick is actually from Tom, Dick & Harry's menu

But......Tom, Dick & Harry & Hoofed are from the same boss (kind of), so even though we eat at Hoofed also we can order the luncheon meat stick from T, D & H, since they are just upstairs/downstairs!

    PC120495

Smoked duck salad, that comes with century egg, weird! Smoked duck slice is ok, but the rest so-so.

    PC120497

Devil's Pasta - Caramelized roast pork (similar to Vintry) but with a hint of pepper, with angel hair

    PC120504

Bananarama, on the house, "coz the chef is happy" the waiter said.

    PC120502

    The great invention!Yum!

Suprisingly on a Saturday night, we are one of the 4 tables in the restaurant, though the food are really not bad, and the interior is kind of 60's american (the sofa side la). Definitely going back for the devil's pasta again, soon!

  • Blurrer the better?

I'm always a DSLR fans but didn't buy till now firstly because it's too bulky for me to carry around, secondly the add-on kit are so expensive I would rather spend those money on shopping, thirdly because I prefer having my photo taken, haha!

Nevertheless I always adore how those pictures come out with a really blur background, coz that make the picture look very "professional".

C leave me with his PL1 to play around, and I've been practically shooting everything that I see.

    Here are some..

  • V's birthday!

So we were on the phone deciding what's the theme for this year birthday where V popped out in sudden " SM!"

Not really sure how SM should look like, but I supposed should be black & lacey & military? Haha! So I put together the new long vest I bought from Zero to Ten, Zara belt , Topshop stocking & Zara high high heels.

    CIMG0001

Their Tomyam soup is really nice, nicer than Tom Yum Gung at Secret Recipe, seriously must try! Also their fajita is so good, maybe because I was hungry? Haha!

    CIMG0021

    After Mojito, heineken & guiness....

  • A year apart~

It has been a year, since I step my foot into Singapore.

    CIMG9956

Went back JB last week so have some times to meet up with Cecil & Regine at Orchard. The christmas decoration is already up, and there are people busy shopping for christmas already.

    CIMG9971

Hiding behind me so she will look slimmer, she said  -_-|||

    CIMG9972

With Regine, in my Warehouse dress

It has become quite a norm for Malaysia to eat the roti/waffle ice cream at Orchard, just like how Singaporean ogling over our Klang Bak Kut Teh, Melaka chicken rice, Penang Laksa and more. As if the lunch at Canele is not filling enough, I pumped another ice cream to my already bloated stomach!

    CIMG9974

    CIMG9976

    The bread is the killer!

Talking about lunch, the girls brought me to Canele at Paragon (I think). The menu looks rather interesting..

    CIMG9964

Regine who is on strict diet for her wedding go for crab salad

    CIMG9965

Cecil tried their Ham crepe. Hell full of ham!

    CIMG9966

My seafood baked rice, including a big scallop! But predicable enough, I left the rice behind.

    CIMG9967

Dark chocolate cake. Too sweet for my liking though, but the pop rice inside is nice =)

Had Tori Q for dinner! Their handmade chicken ball & pork with asparagus so nice la, why Tori Q still don't want to come to KL? Why?!??!

    CIMG9978

And also Takoyaki to add on! No one should ever resist Takoyaki!

    CIMG9979

Walked around Orchard in my 3-inch heels from 11am to 8pm, I think I want to salute myself.

  • For old time sake~

When was the last time you feel really carefree and as if you have absolutely nothing to worry about?

Suprisingly I had that feeling last week when I was back in JB with sis.

Went to take photo sticker!! Sis has always been a BIG fans of photo sticker, and we practically taking new set of the sticker every week we go out to the mall, and have quite a collection. After almost 10 years, we still make the perfect photo sticker duo, haha!

    76698_466423094791_708609791_5178080_7758238_n

Went arcade for Bishi Bashi, and some stupid stress relieved game - those game where you take the hammer to hit the crocodile that is crawling out(kaka!)- as if we had turn back the clock, and it's only Year 1995.

    CIMG9988

Quality time with sis playing around with those cosmetics, trying on foundation & eyeliner. Happy to see the dearest person of mine having a moment like this where her smile is genuine

    Can't love you enough.
